can anyone tell me if gq axles are all the same for coils, i.e. have a 93 efi petrol now with mashed left front axle splines and busted cv, will a axle\cv from a diesel fit!
GU cvs are phisically bigger BUT BUT the side walls n stuff are the same thickness so i dont beleve they are that mutch stronger and my mate has broke a few of them with 37s

I got hold of an axle and CV and heading out to Levuka on saturday to put it in the car. Had to leave it there on the weekend. Tried taking the axle out and driving it home but as soon as I got around 30km the steering wheel shook like mad.

GU Axles are longer. The CV bell is larger. They will not fit.
