Post by g60boy »

im having trouble finding some new bushes and im kinda looking to get it back together by wensday, to go back to the mecanics to sign off a rwc. no one around cranbourne and carrum can get any for a week or so, thats even if they can get the bushes, most can only get the hole new unit, and ill be nackerd if ill fork out $170 for something that causes so many problems in the first place :x . so can any one point out some one that has bush kits instock??? (cant get one off ebay qiuk enuf and ill try somerville 4x4 tomorrow).

the only other idea i can think of is making some from brass, any one tryed this?? any thoughts on good or bad???, cheers

I was going to say e-bay but you said it already.

I reckon 1 made out of brass would be fine if you have the place to do it, and the know how.

brass would be better be a little tougher ? or just get some telfom, Thats what the bush kit is made from i think.
