I dont know, Ill have to look at a derived rev setup to see if we have it. The range would be roughly 1500rpm to 4500.

the patrol from the dyno sheet had 4.6 diff gears and 35's. it made max power at 94 kms which is about 2600 - 2700 rpm. max torque was at 84 kms which is about 2100 - 2200 rpm. dyno was run in 4 th gear.

Hi Al,

I hoped you might pipe up with that info. The vehicle was detuned from that state as exhaust temps and smoke were too high, but it goes to show that it can be done.

The secret is making them hold together.

The little mule puts out 146 RWKW on 37's with 4.6's.
It's a simple turbo, not big arse, pump mods and an FMI.
What i don't like about 200kw cars is they seem to come on later and your throttle control is reduced. The mule has 3/4 of its power from about 1500rpm.
If you want to drive it to feel 146RWKW or want to discuss soome options then PM me

Diesel performance is something that interest me a lot, specially when you see what american do to their engines, look this Dodge truck:

AND WHEN 1200HP DIESELS GO WRONG:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKekPasYOlI&NR=1

Its incredible how they take 10 seconds to go from 700RPM to 2500RPM (exaggerated), and the last 2500RPM is over in about half a second. Imagine actually driving something like that around town...... :D

And this fella just used as much diesel in 100 metres as i what i would have used over 100km!!!
