Hi MQ98, just click on the link below and scroll down the page.
This diagram will give you the terminal connects and a rough idea of how to wire it up.

i just did my sierra with the same new era relay, the diagram should be on the side of the box. next time for value for money i will get the normal $6 sinle relay as they do the same job. anyways...
i dont know how gq's are wired but sierras are negativly wired which means there is always power running to the lights and they turn on when its grounded. if its normal(positivly wired this should be it).
( im assuming u have a tester light and know if its + or - wired. let me know if u dont)...
B = positive to battery( i used 6mm 50 amp wire for good current)
s = ground.
(L-1 and S-1 are one set for one set of spotties so, u can use the other set but its unecessary)...
S-1 = trigger wire from high beam
L-1 = wire to positive on both spotlights( run 2 wired to the screw in terminal, one for each spot for best performance. i used 4mm here. )
*if u want a trigger on/off swich u can put it between trigger wire and terminal as shown in diagram.*

I gave up relying on which way the headlights were wired and the problems that brings (there are many)
Safer and simpler way is to trigger the relay for the driving light beam from the voltage ACROSS the high beam filament. IE. The relay has 5 terminals, 2 that turn it on. Connect these two wires to the two wires for the high beam just behind the bulb. Run the wires through a switch on your dash for control.
I can't be bothered getting into the why, but it will solve many of the issues associated with headlights that are ground switched as per most japanese stuff.
