Just wanted to know which diff will pass engineering, for my surf...wanna do a solid axle coil convo.
is a modded hilux diff better, or just go a bundera diff???
Wanted.... 4.88 or 4.56 front GQ diff center. Also wanted... GQ rear diff complete.

The only up side to modding a hilux front diff to run coils vs a bundera front that I know of is the front axels are easily found.

IMO its cheaper overall to buy 1 set of longs as replacements if you have a breakage.
91' Hilux Surf with the usual mods & a few different ones ....
