anyone used one on the rocky/feroza ?
Yes - if you like to rev hard 4k+ then its an option, but you suffer down the rev range.
Also the Detom has electronic timing control and a knock sensor so getting the tune right is harder in a Feroza.
I have specs if your interested.

It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.

This means stuff to cam grinders.......

With standard gearing and larger tyres its damm hard to really notice much difference between stock cams and the "torque" cams in off road use.
If you go for a hottie they are hopeless down low but once you get to around 4k+ then you notice the difference
I have run a stock Feroza, HD-C, HD-E a "torque" cam and a HD-EG cam. Truth to tell the only one that was obviously different was the EG cam but not suitable.
Advancing the stock cam seemed to work best for me but this isn't easy to do even with engineering facilities and even then its time consuming.
Have got the ECU out at the moment and am investigating whether there's any performance to be had out of it... not hopeful but as I have the facilities and contacts its worth a try.
IMO its like most things Feroza - there are small gains available but you have to work hard to get them.
