boost compensator and dyno tune

Post by brad 93hilux »

I have a turbo glide turbo kit running a T25 turbo on a 2.8 with 9Lb of boost... And a RX7 top mount and thermo.

I gave west end diesel a ring (from syd) to see about getting a re-tune for a bit more power, and was told not to bother unless going for a different setup...

They quoted $1900 for a reco injector pump, boost compinsator, dynotune, and i think new injectors.....

Is this worth doing for the money or a waste of time?

Jst after some ideas if anyone has set a 2.8 up like this before?
