Replacing standard GQ drag link

Post by Mowie »

I bent my drag link on the weekend, now the steering wheel is left a 1/4 turn.

Instead of bending it back straight I'm thinking it may be an idea to get an after market replacement.

Can anyone give me rough price I'll be paying for these days and a recommendation of brand, cheaper the better for me at the moment, still recovering from separation with missus.

Cheers, Mowie.

Might be an idea to replace your tie rod at the same time...

I run a thirds draglink on my GQ and a stock tierod... the tie rod bent like a twig the first time I took it out.

Thanks a million guys.

I'll be looking at around $250 then from both Suspension Stuff and Superior Engineering. Both are 32mm outer, 20mm inner.
