Do Boss kits cancel the indicator.

Just bolted on a borrowed SAAS old school wheel to my Lux however the Boss kit on it doesnt cancel the indicator. Have I put it on wrong or is this the way they work.

What model Lux is it?
2000 SR-5 turbo diesel, dual airlockers, bit of a lift, some 15x8 sunnies, 32" bighorns, a few spotties, and a wireless, and a kiddie seat in the back.

Off the top of your head.. can you remember what the boss kit was?

Was it an Autotechnica, and do you have the part number?
