fuel gauge

Post by speedracer006 »

hey all, seems that my fuel gauge is broken on my zook. i had this problem on my old toyota tercel and it was just a matter of pulling the sensor weight out and havin a fiddle with it. Just wonderin if anyone has had this problem before and if so - is it likely to be the sensor, or the gauge itself???
:?

Could be either, the gauges in the dash are common for playing up and also the senders in the tank can play up too. If you are handy with tools then have a play and see what you find, if not then just take it to a mechanic. If you do a search there should be plenty on this problem.

I hate going to weddings because all the grandma's used to poke me in the ribs saying you're next, you're next. They've stopped doing it since I started doing it to them at funerals.
