Seats in RRC

Seats in RRC
Question
Anyone here know what sort of sports seats fit a RRC the best with little modification?
Looking at getting some secondhand Jap inport type ones for my 1990 rangie.. silvia or FTO seats look like they have good support.
Really keen to change them soon as I'm sick of the standard seats.. just not enough support when 4x4ing
Cheers

Hey Camo, Recaro's fit nicely - father has some in his RRC, Mine are still sitting on the floor until I get around to it. There is also a brand that look very similar to Recaros - only possible problem is the side support on the bottom cushion has a metal bar which can hurt if you're not careful when you get in/out

Thats what I'm keen on getting.. should be able to get FTO ones cheap as. Seen them in a 4x4 before and looked like they had decent support.mangie wrote:I found FTO seats fitted up pretty easy, I'd get some pics. but cloughy wrecked my truck
I'm sure I will find something to suit

Should be a simple swap, the runners on the Rangie seats are pretty simple anyway

You are right I guess.. hate the support in the ones I have now.. the seats with armrests would be just the same heyHobie18 wrote:the thing I find uncomfortable about them is the lack of back support and the short seat base, for me its not to do with the arm rest
