Do or don't want to keep itwhiteknight wrote:I want to loose the OEM sender either so is there any other spot?
If you want to keep it just T piece where you OEM sender is if not just use that hole straight into the block
plenty of parts on the bench
There is already a T piece there as the OEM sender is sharing that point with the oil feed for the aftermarket turbo.
Where does the oil temp gauge need to go , does it have to go there as well? I might have to ditch the oil temp gauge as I will need like 3 T pieces all in tandem - lots room for leaks :(

Anyone used one of these?

Would solve my problem.. Is it OK to get the oil pressure and temp from the oil filter ?

Where ever you get into the system for oil temp/pres you have the potential for leaks. If you use an "x" piece there are less potential leak points....whiteknight wrote:There is already a T piece there as the OEM sender is sharing that point with the oil feed for the aftermarket turbo.
