Just looking for recommendations for the best oil for GQ 5 speed box.

Ive tried searching but wouldnt work.

So VMX80 is a good thign hey,what brand is that.

Just looking for something that will help it out a bit,bit hard to get into second on downshifts, done 260K

Castrol VMX80 - gear shift is much improved over 90 wt or 80/90
