vacume hose through fire wall for cruise control

Post by kitacooch »

Hi there, basically i was tracing and cutting out the split leaking ends of the vacume hoses under the bonnet in an attempt to get the cruise control to work. I found the vacume hose that goes through fire wall was disconnected and just hanging above the pedals where your feet go and am buggered if i can find where it attaches.
Any guidance much appreciated. Damn thing frustrating the hell outa me. :?

There are vacuum switches on the brake pedal and the clutch pedal.
That is what my Disco1 has at least.
