Hey guys,
Hammy,nzdarin,mitchellbros4x4
Sorry I`ve been a little slow to this thred, been in the bush. Swaff and I both are using masterpull from mitchellbros and we both like what we see so far. we have really only used it at one comp but it seems really strong and you can fit alot on the drum. I recon it`s definatly harder to break and i believe I would have come close to breaking other cables that i have used with the harshness of my winch. To anyone who hasn`t seen it it seems to be similer to dyneemer inside with a fine woven exterior.Very very light, the only thing you do have to watch is it seems to get stiff with alot of work. so you need a fair bit of clearence from your bar.Because of the speed of the winch we are running a bind on a rock was proberly a broken winch cable, we stalled it once and it hung on.. We are ready to see how it go`s at the next one
