why wont my winch wind in

i just went down to respool my winch i ran the cable out and went to re spool it and it wouldlt wind in. on wind out the solinoid clicks loud but on wind in it only has a faint click help would be great

The three mentioned above all look and read to be the bl00dy same to me. Big difference in dollars. I know tigerz11 would stand by warranty too (as seen in "new winch pack" thread).
