sierra seat belts

Post by gumtree »

went for a rought drive on monday and now the passenger seatbelt wont roll back in or out. ie its stuck half way in.

i have a roll cage that goes right across the bit where the roller is and its been there for years(locked or rusted bolts) so it would be a huge job to take it out. :bad-words:

what happened and can i fix the seat belt without taking the cage out?

wtf? saftey in a sierra? easy to roll, easy to crash and you're buggered if either one happens, but yes i do realise it has to work properly.
