Another factory locker question

Post by santaz351 »

Hi all
I have a factory locker that works fine, but as soon a a pass through a river crossing or mudhole, it seems to come off and on when it chooses then not at all. When it did it last time i drove for the whole day before it decided to come on and off when i flicked the switch. The solenoid is working perfect, its an after market one. Anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked the actuator on the diff housing? damaged and sticking possibly? Remove vacuum line at the actuator and see if it disengages

The actuator isn't damaged. What could be casuing it to stick? It was working fine for nearly 3 hours before i went through a river crossing on the weekend.
