what comp would you use and pics B4 and after of my beast

Post by norm84 »

this post has some tech stuff and some pics of the beast after the new look..

how you going fellas, just wondering what would you do if you were in my situation,
my beast had a 1.3 GTI head on a 1.6 vit bottom end, with a de-comp plate then turbo charged, with a whole bunch of other stuff. anyways the rings went on me so i thought i would just wack in a 1.6vit efi in it, instead of rebuilding it, due to reliability issues.
dont get me wrong, if the current set up was rebuilt correctly it would be crazy.

now my issue is,

a. would you use the standard VIT comp
or
b. use the current comp iv got on the car now which is a wolf 3d

keep in minde that my fuel system was set up fora turbo, it consists in a Duel fuel pump, serg tank and a sard fuel reg. i know its a bit of an overkill for the vit angine but its all there so i might as well use it right, oh and for a bonus the engine i got has been reco'd and never over heated as the lil stamp thingy is still in place in good condition

anyways here is my rig befor durong and after the new look

mate if its a stock vit motor, then just run the stock ecu.

keep your wolf one if it can be tuned and what not or otherwise sell it as a package on a suzuki swift forum.
