i am fitting a 1hd ft into my 80 and am wondering if the hdt turbo will fit onto the hd ft manifold .

yes it will bolt on, but it is smaller.

i purchased a long motor from toyota cos this is around the same price as
rebuilding the 1hdt and was hoping to use most of my bolt ons. so far the only things i need off the ft are the intake and exhaust manifolds injectors and lines but these are not easy to find.

Get busy with the die grinder and the exhaust manifold will fit :cool: The 1HD-T turbo will certainly make some serious low end grunt.

I reckon you'll have to buy the rest new :cry:

i am hearing you hdj105 about the buying the rest new as i have rang approx 35 wreckers all over australia and all to no avail. although i have had some luck with some parts from other outers members .
