Clunking disconnects, too long? Bent pins... ???

Post by Tom0 »

Here's my front discos in place - are they too long?

THEY MAKE A HELL OF A RACKET! Is that normal?

When I checked what all the noise was about, I saw the pins had bent too, just on normal road use (and a slightly bumpy driveway).

Also, how do people hold up the sway bars when they're disconnected? Or do you just let them hang?

The pins are under quite a load, I would suggest those ones are not up to it and you need larger one's.
