Sierra 1300 Conversion

Post by SierraHarro »

I have a 1993 Sierra the 1300 currently installed has basically died, I want to put a bigger engine in, what engines will fit straight onto the current engine mounts? Am I able to simply do a front cut conversion or do I have to do a full conversion? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

If you had a read through the Bible you'd see that the only engine that bolts straight into a 1.3 car is a 1.3.
1.6 Vitara/Baleno/Swift will bolt in with an adaptor kit as will just about any small 4 cylinder.
Depends how much work you want to do.
Search or be prepared to be flamed.
