Light class in class B so long as no-one protests your vehicle as having competed in an event like TT or similar before. Remember this event is to be entry level to allow people stepping stones to decide weather they want to compete in more difficult events and what type SUPERIOR , TT , ROCK CRAWLING , WINCH CHALLENGE etc.

OK

Round 1 JULY 26th & 27th

Round 2 SEPT 27th & 28th

Round 3 NOV 29th & 30th

Class A (UNLOCKED) road reg class , tyres to fit original unmodified guards 1st small car , 1st large car , 1st lady driver/team.

Class B (LOCKED) weekend worrior class , registered , tyres to fit original outer guard (rear 1/4 cuts and modified ute trays ok) , No Comp Mods , (cars that LOOK LIKE comp trucks provided not driven before in any comp will be allowed , Comp trucks that comply with above vehicle rules also permitted) 1st small car , 1st large car , 1st lady driver/team.

Class C (OUTLAW) anything goes , safety inspection applies. Window nets , harnesses and cages nessecary. 1st small car , 1st large car , 1st buggy , 1st lady driver/team (a winch will be a distinct advantage)

(all cars all classes should have first aid kit and fire ext and mandatory strap and rated recovery points and shackles , nav to have gloves on while competeing and both to have helmets , soft tops to have cage and window nets)

I will look into trophees , if someone has any suggestions I am all ears. The local place here is pretty exy.

ENTRY FEE $75 (includes camping and entry for driver , navigator , entered vehicle and one tow vehicle)

All registered class C vehicles and all class A and class B vehicles must have CTP ext from insurer for the dates of each confirmed round , NO EXCEPTIONS. (Unreg vehicles at discression of management)

Huub , why would you think that you would be in class C. Your car complies with class B rules YES !! read it again and you will see that I wrote 'Trucks that have been used as competition cars that comply with the above rules are approved.' (I wrote that thinking of you , Ted , Mr Bradford , Smithy and others. That is unless you have gone and exo caged your rig with spotties and a winch bar and 10 more inches of lift , 40's and so on.

NO COMP MODS. ONLY CARS THAT RESEMBLE A BUGGY , WINCH TRUCK OR TOUGH TRUCK (ie major body mods , cut guards and big tyres) , are not allowed in class B.

And besides I dont believe that the Mog will be seen down this way any more.

Please guys and girls dont make this harder than it already is , read it a few times and if your still confused ring me and ask , I will define the classes simply for you and your rig.

BUGGER , I did look in the calandar and the events thread , but its not up to date as per.........lets just get the first one over and done with and then see when we want the next one.

Get out of my head Dan....................lol

I was wondering about that and it has always been the case that you pay on the day , but I need to know numbers and commitment.

If I said pay as you nominate and if the event doesnt run you will get your money back in full. Not sure about if you pull out before the event , but I dont see it a real problem , unless you and 5 of your mates all pull out. I really need to have a 20 + Field and would like a few more , so I want to know if the effort and expendature will be worth it. By word of mouth I have been told that we are at 20 or so already , but thats just what people are saying. I think we had 17 at the last one but I did my arse cause I spent too much and tried to better the mid year fiasco.

EVERYONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR INTEREST IN THIS , NOMINATE ON THE ABOVE PH NO. AND TELL ME IF YOUR A DEFINATE OR NOT POSITIVE. At this stage Nominations will be taken up until the day of the event when scrutineering starts , but it would help if you are positive you are competeing then if you can , forward your entry , it will help with the event.
