Its a 24v WARN M12000
and dose anyone now how much a new 12v motor would be to replace the 24v one

List price $3635
We do them for $3100.
12volt is heaps cheaper.

No idea on that one, last time I had to get one (18 months ago) they were about $700 for the 4.6

I've heard good things about "come-up" winches if you can stop sniggering over the name.

Don't know if you can get them in Oz, and they will be heavy to post from the UK. But they cost lots less than has been quoted in this thread so far.
