All up i paid $259.50 AUD including shipping and i only had to wait 7 or 8 days. i found the site through someone on the forum i cant remember who but thanks for the link.
i should have it installed in the next week, just need to get a gasket for the diff and some oil.
No, that's a locker, not a good locker. These do work, but they are pretty rough, and are $259.50 dearer than welding.

My car before i fitted the gears was pretty shitty offroad when i look at it now. The gears made a huge difference going down obstacles etc but didnt help much going up.
The next trip i did with the zook the LCMP with gears and a rear locker i was baffled as to the amount of stuff i could drive that i could never do before. Combined its fairly able to do alot of tracks i throw it at but still is challenging as i believe im only still learning and always will be!

Oh, just saw this - the diff doesn't use a gasket, in fact, it would affect the axle alignment. Red silicone is all that's required.
Take care with the set up. We have one in the club in Melbourne that's on it's fourth remove, set up, and refit to try and cure unacceptable behaviour - looseness and unlocking whilst driving.
In any case, I wouldn't recommend setting it up at home - get a good diff shop to do it. Any time the gears has to come apart it needs to be set up again properly. In theory this is easy, but I have seen lots of sierra diffs that have a very bad pattern leading to tooth wear and breakage.

You have access to free welding consumables ?? toss in a can of carby clean to get rid of the oil, nothing like the fun of what your working on exploding into flames .. your only about $240 better off

The factory uses grey. Whatever, but red is definitely a superior grade (more heat resiestant) and usable on lots of engine seals etc, so if your standing at the counter, it's the one to buy.

the lockrite i bought for my suzuki front diff is better than the one i got for my hilux diff!!
the only difference, same brand ( RICHMOND LOCKRITE), is that the sierra one used MY original axle side gears where the lux one used supplied replacement couplings..
they both worked just as well as one another but i fell the sierra one was more quiet, not as harsh in the locking and unlocking.
definatly a well worth cost compromise, as oposed to an ARB
Bugger putting a locker in the front of a zuk, tricky to steer when crawling in tight spots.
If in the position id keep the 235s get gears and a rear locker, learn to drive it first and later worry about bigger wheels and poss front locker with pwr steer.
