Has anyone actually got a Commodore V6 powered Sierra legally registered in NSW?

Wow, blast from the past.

I'm pretty sure that Otis from 4WDM was engineered and regoed with the 3.8
I think the engineer was Consulmotive IIRC but dont take that as fact though.

Have you had a ring around of your local engineers?

And sorry but I have to ask, why that engine?

There is a guy Mick running a lwb nt diffs spoa ( I know ) and 3.8 v6 enginnered Ive seen the report.
Hes from thornton I think he used Athol to engineer it but said they asked him to brace the front frame so He stacked two frames in the front and they were happy.
Im just writing what Ive seen.

Yeah I kept nagging him to put in lux diffs, spoa nt with b/l looks way scary but he reckons its not too bad.
Anyway point being original brakes were deemed sufficient to stop it.
I dont think the firewall was cut but the nose was extended the the width of the radiator to fit it in.
