Is MIG welding mild steel with corgon 18 ok ?

Just got a F size bottle thats full and need to do a few welds.

Any help would be appreciated.

Reading up on the MSDS, should be ok.

It's a mix of Co2 and Argon gases, 18% Co2.

only real problem can be asphyxiation, so don't weld in a confined area.

Which corgon do you have - there are 4 types? Some blends are exactly the same composition as BOC Argoshield.

All should produce a reasonable weld with mild steel.
