Yes you can still buy Maruti parts from Suzuki. Won't be cheap though.

I remember hearing that the maruit back and top kit from Maruti India Via Suzuki Australia was well over $2K inc shipping etc.

Just hang out for a slightly damaged one for sale locally and have it repaired.
