It's definately the flux capacitor for the trans-combobulator.

I believe it is an RF noise filter on the tacho line. I dont have the service manual here to confirm, but I 'think' that it simply contains a resistor with a capacitor to ground.

If you unplug it, I am fairly sure that the tacho will stop working.

Sorry I cant be 100% sure, I dont have the info here in front of me, but its a start!

Cheers,

so i take it it does the same thing as the little noise supressor for the radio clamped down ontop of coil bracket.

Would this effect the way the zook runs?

Still trying to sort out problem that have appeared.

Yep. All the work is in driving beyond the first layer. After that, it gets easier.

By the 4th layer, all you need is a red and blue ballpoint pen in your shirt pocket.

Oooo the layers of gravity jokes - they'll never get old :D

Actually one of those 4 in one pens gets you through from the third to 6th layer ... after that .. things get a bit weird unless you are running a HHO kit.

Wouldn't running one bundy Hiclown negate all those and allow you to drive through all 8 layers?
