i was wondering if a lj80 ring and pinion would bolt into wt diffs to lower the ratios

No, will only bolt to LJ50, LJ81 or SJ410. Use 2 Vitara Fronts.

thank you for the info on vitara fronts that would more than enough compensate for the larger tyres.Everyone says to get reduction gears which would reduce the low range too far for what i want to do with the car as its mostly used on the beach or in mud and there isnt the need for such a low geared low range as compared to rockcrawling.
