Post by Mousie »

hey i was just wondering a want point is the secondary supose to open ,

i`m gessing it is a vacume secondary? because it dose not open :P

when forced open VIA pushing down on the butterfly it opens up and fule comes out the jets as normal, BUT it dose not open on its own,

i am also having idling issues, there is no vacume leaks, and the tune is to factory spec out of the book points are good,

It is vacuum secondary, possibly a damaged diaphram. It wont open free revving unless you are really getting stuck into it, and at that it will just crack open, it won't open properly unless under load. Can be checked on the dyno.

Cheers
