1x 3.9 front - complete
1x 3.9 rear - complete - welded
1x 3.7 front - no pinion flange
1x 3.7 rear - no pinion flange
I want to end up with:
2x 3.9 rear - complete - open
Whats the best way for me to do this? Is it even possible with 1 of the rears being welded? I don't really want any more diff bits sitting in my shed.
Also, I'm having a really hard time finding WT drag link / tie rod. Has anyone made up custom links? got any pics? Or if you have some sitting in your shed shoot me a pm.

Mate , drag links are a fiddly area and can't be welded unless x-rayed so custom links are usually threaded , ball joint type ends are required as rose joint style rod ends are illegal. SUZIFOUR at dunheved sydney will have standard links available so give him a call on 02 9833 0216 , he will ship it to you , Cheers Paul.
In that case you are going to need a set of spider gears out of a rear diff (depending on exactly how the welding was done).
You should have asked a month ago.. I just sold a set.
Its not a huge job to change over and setup but it is a bit fiddly..
