My poor ol' girl has a bad cas of cancer in the rear .And i was wondering what sort of body i could put on it. any ideas. How about one of them fiberglass vw bodies dune buggie type , :P or would it be easyer to mak it a tray back :?:

i swaped my entire swb hi-top drover body for a swb soft top body for $50!!!!

perfect fit :armsup:

Is yours just in the rear around wheel arches (like mine) if so I was going to use the back cut of a swb s/t to "bob" the rear with the benifit of getting rid of the rust as well.
Just a thought.

I got mine (rust free) off ebay with a lwb chassis for $100.

Alternatively it wouldn't be that hard to stretch a swb to lwb if you can get sheetmetal folded up.
