Hey Guys, Ive Been Reading this forum for ages now and i have finally bought a 4WD. Its a 91 Ford Maverick tb4.2 on staright gas with 2in body lift, 2 inch coil lift with rooted Gabriel Blue Rider Shocks and 33in Gt Radial Savero Mt's.
My Question is, If anyone has done or knows how to Modify the air intake of these to suit a snorkel system, It has an Impco 300a system and as such the air intake has been modified to suit this and has really made it look difficult to fit a snorkel and actually have it seal up.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

TB 4.2 Staright Gas Snorkel?
If the mixture is set too rich you may not experience the symptoms as I described but the fuel consumption will be poor. The intake will pressurize and without a balance line to equalize this on the converter it will lean out! Your petrol carby has a balance line built into the top that vents to the fuel bowl, it is a requirement that the pressures are equal for a good and consistant tune.
