Hi guys, i have just done a reverse shackle and spring over on a 40 series and the shackles are flat when sitting normal, any ideas how to fix this, are the shackles too far forward or too short.
Thankyou.

through the frame, build a shackle best fits your set up.

here is the front of my shackle reversal - this is how i bought it with flat springs - worked well for rideability but was not built for flex... I now have arched springs with about 3 inches of lift and the shackle sits on a good angle now.
and the rear

even when you spell out commonsense to the RTA they still ignore it!
