Wet Feet! 90 Sierra
Hey all.
I have a little problem with my zook, every time it rains i get a fair amount of water leaking into the cabin.
It comes from under the dash (this will be hard to explain!) from a seam? i can see where it is dripping from. maybe i can try get pics.
it pools up in the dash somewhere, and once i get in and drive, first corner i take my right foot gets drenched!
I believe it must be coming in through the vent behind the bonnet (correct term?)
Questions are, has anyone had this problem? how did you fix it?
If not, how do i go about searching for the leak? i cant really see any way of getting in there without pulling the car half apart!
Thanks in advance
Mike

yeah the grille infront of the window gets clogged with leaves/sand etc - i had to ram a butter knife through mine a few times to un clog it all... with a hose blasting it through... eventually you'll clear the blockage in the vent and all will be well again =)
The worst thing about censorship is ███████.
I used to just put a small towel over my right foot when raining.
not a full size towel but a hand towel.
it is not cool when you forget and then drip drip you have a wet shoe for the night!
