what shocks are people using, and what price are you paying for them? i know about sierra's but have no clue with rovers

its a 95 and stock. we mostly use it as a run around but do take it out 4wding every other weekend. just want some thing thats not going to die in 6 months

i got tuff dog, no complaints, but am changing to bilsteins as have a set and heard quite convincingly they are the best for rovers

pay the money for quality front shocks, I personally run bilstiens.

I found in the rear the shocks don't have as bigger effect, and you can save some dollars and fit some procomps :D

I run 80 Series Bilsteins up front and procomps at the rear....anything else up front is crap!

so bilstiens it is then. thanks for the help. seen a new set on ebay for about 400 us so might find out how much to post over here.

its a rangie. just got it on gas and now its cheap to run :)

Put bilstiens on a P38 HSE and on softest setting they are still too rough. Never fitting them again!! absolute crap for a P38..

yep its a p38 hse.

had it up on a hoist yesterday and at fool drop they rear bags leak air and the right come away from the seat. are they ment to come away from the seat to replace them? if so how do you seat them back on? i put a little grease on the lip but dont think its has sealed propley.
