Change Auto Hubs to Manual- 97 Vitara

Post by Ole Grizzly »

Does anyone know if it can be done ?
Reason: Reversing Camper up winding steep concrete driveway in Low Range 4x4 I experience 'wind up' and drive line is not happy.

Was great with the Sierra and manual hubs, no problem with Low Range and hubs not locked, so would like to do similar with Vitara.

Yep, I think normal vitara freewheeling hubs are a bolt in.

Hey Ole Grizzly, I have a spare set of Vitara manual hubs that I'm willing to offload.
