My clutch is almost all gone after my trip on the weekend.
Can anyone recommend a really good, heavy duty clutch for my Feroza that disperses heat really well (this one burnt out).

heavy duty clutch for feroza

Sure it wasn't an Applause clutch ? It all fits on to the Feroza flywheel but actually has a smaller driven plate diameter than the Feroza - so its actually has a lower torque potential than a comparable Feroza clutch.
Seen this done before, on paper it appears to be the answer, its only when you measure the parts up do you spot the difference.
Personally I found the combination a bit too sudden for my liking, a stock driven plate with the heavy duty pressure plate was more to my liking, but its a matter of preference.
And FYI i easily managed to destroy the HD clutch..... bad transfer ratios cant be solved by clutches

The Exedy heavy duty clutch (the sports clutch) was the one I had in there and it was great until it burnt! I want something a bit more heavy duty that wont burn out as quickly.
I looked through the posts MM as you suggested but they all mention the Daikin clutch, but it seems Exedy has bought Daikin out.

A custom one would be worth looking into IMO, but your never going to overcome the transmission limitations with a clutch.
All that's going to happen is that the time taken to burn it out will get a bit longer but certainly not avoided.
Disadvantage of a custom unit is just that..... its going to take time and $$ every time you need it replaced and its not going to be as progressive in its feel as a standard system.
If you have ever driven a car with a ceramic puck clutch you'll understand that power transmission ratings come at the expense of clutch progression.
Slipping the clutch really isn't a workable long term solution IMO - custom may extend the burnouts slightly but.......
