have just installed a 2in body lift cranked the torsion bars and fitted 33s to my mk my question is can you get anymore lift out of the front or is that bout it. and if someone can point me in the right direction with this would be greatly appreciated. and does anyone no why snorkels are hard to come by for the petrol model. cheers

You can fit gen 2 wishbones etc to the 95 triton, I have done mine. they are approx 2 inchs longer giving more travel at the wheel. The steering rods etc needed mixing and matching to work. I also made up a stg idler support as that is the weak link when they are raised. The anti sway bar design is not condusive to articulation on this model

are your tyres scrubbing? and how much clearance do you have from the upper bump stops?

tyres did scrub on the bumper till i cut it. have trimmed the top bumpstops so there is a minuscual amount of clearence without rubbing

You may have to give the seam on the rear of your inner guards a bit of a love tap to gain more clearance.

I am running 33's on my MK with no scrubbing at full articulation and no body lift, I reckon with a 2" B/L I'd fit 35's.

There was a 4" lift available from skyjacker or something but I'm not sure if they still sell it.

It is possible to get your rig off the ground, and into some 37" boots as shown here:

you have to upload your pics to somewhere like here: http://imageshack.us/

this can resize at the same time if you wish, once your pic is uploaded then scroll to the bottom where is says "Direct link to image" and copy it.

then open another window to view the forum and paste the link between these two thingies [img]put%20the%20photo%20link%20here[/img] and it should be a goer.

you can get drop down upper arm from caloffroad to suit mk tritons gets you about 1.5inch more out of the front. easier just to give the gaurd some lovin with a big hammer[/img]
