I would just go with the 3" Mates Rate Kit from Suspension Stuff, Talk to Shane about it and I am pretty sure like most it will give you around 2" of actual lift.
Besides his prices are awesome and so is his service.

Seriously, if you are going to run 35's then get a 4" kit. 35's won't be legal so you may as well have the lift to fit them.
Talk to the guys at BBM, they just done a 4" tough dog kit for my SA 100 for 2750 with free delivery or free fitment. Being about 12hrs north of brisbane, I took the delivery.

U can run 35's on 2" lift no probs.
2" saves a bit of hassle.. no need for longer brake lines, can stull use std panhard, it wont affect your castor much so it will still dirve fine,
and best bit ......mr plod wont look twice at ya
if ya go 4" u will def need to do sumthing about your castor, would def be a good idea to fit panhards. and u will have to either get longer brake lines or move the brackets down on the chassis..
so if moneys was an issue id go 2"
