Maybe you should think about WHY you want to fit a 4AGZE...
Is it because the are 'fooly sik' in drift AE86's?
Is it because your mate told you they are good?
Is it because you like to rev the piss out of an engine(IE: GTI Zook)?
OR
Is it because you want to race your Sierra?
I have a stock 1300 in mine and I regularly outdrive cruisers and patrols on bigger tyres.
Once in LOW range a stock motor produces more than enough power for crawling over rock or through mud holes.
I'm not saying don't do it, just be sure of the reasons you have for wanting it as it is a LOT of work to make a successful transplant.

Have a read of Dank's build up in the members section. He is doing a 4age which is pretty much the same thing.
Basically you will need:
Radiator & Thermo/electric fans.
Engine Mounts.
Gearbox Mounts.
Modified/Custom Tcase mounts.
Custom Exhaust
Shortened and balanced Jackshaft.
Wiring harness and loom. PITA btw.
Can get away without a body lift but much easier with one.
Shortened/lengthened driveshafts.
Possibly upgraded brakes if you have drums allround.
Personally I would just go the 4AGE rather than the GZE if it's for a swb. I think there would be too much power for any usefull wheeling, particularly steep inclines. If you are at all choppy on the throttle then I can see you doing backflips very easily. The NA engines are awesome for a swb IMO but a relatively tricky conversion. I've heard that Vit engines are much easier again for similar power gains but I have no experience with them so I won't comment.
Having said that, I'm planning a GZE swap into my lwb and I know that Drew off this board has run a twincharged GZE in his zook very successfully for years. Do a lot of research (here, toymods etc.) and make your own mind up. Anything is possible but don't go into it with eyes wide shut.

Oooh ooooh ooooh, I forgot that you may also have to convert to a hydraulic clutch too. Just for a bit more fun. IIRC you canuse bits off a toyota Hiace for this but have a search.
EDIT:
EDIT:
Drew off here, who knows more than most about these conversions wrote:you need to do mounts eng & box
can be made bolt in (all mine were before the lux diffs then i made a whole new gearbox crossmember because of the double cardan shafts ).
if you use the jap spec t50 gearbox (the only 1 would use for most) you have to convert to hydraulic clutch, depends on what body type for what options for this,
the neatest way is with 85ish hiace mastercyl with hiace/sierra pedal mounted under the dash to the sierra pedalbox.
jackshaft between box & transfer.
thermofan & 3 core or preferably vitara radiator
hoses
efi fuel pump
bigger fuel return to tank
wiring

im doing the 4age conversion at the moment.
you will have to muck around with the fueltank too..... efi!
modify oil sump so you dont smash it on your diff!
im running an auto box..... its a much harder fit than what the t50 looks like, i had alot of tunnel clearance issues and had to do a body lift to fit it.
research goes a long way on this.
twincam.org is a good start. or ae86driversclub.com rollaclub.com
the smallport 4age puts out 100kw stock, a couple of cams and your torque will be a bit too.
goodluck with your build, just try to rresearch as much as possible to save yourself alot of dollars.
