Nissan price isnt bad really when you work out they will last another 10+ years.
there was a place in shitney making them, but dont anymore.
theres a place in Perth that does them, but they are not really any cheaper with shipping and shit.

back to the main question, good window tracks sometimes come up on ebay so keep an eye on there.

the only other way I have seen is to replace the sliders with fixed glass and just use a standard glass rubber seals available from any rubber shop/upholsterer/auto body shop to seal it.

You reuse the glass you have...
the custom ones will either be made to fit your glass, or they will sell it to you, in which case, Nissan frames will seem extremely cheap.

if it is a wagon you can use the the windows and rubbers out of the mq wagons. they are fixed glass and go straight in. the sliders had to be put in for oz standards because of the 3rd row of seats. i have fixed in current and past 2 trucks and have never been questioned.
if it is a shorty get ready to assume the position. tried to source 2 sets for the insurance companys over the years as the shortys were stolen/recovered and only the windows were taken.

The Nissan items are good value, they only cost $120 and they fit in 5 minutes with a bit of rope tp set them in.
Seems to me that it would end up costing more to fit the fixed galss items.

I was quoted $540 per slide from nissan, so I cut the panel off. I fitted fixed glass to the Old boys wagon and the girls GQ came with fixed glass.

I had a quote from a mob here in Ipswich said they would do fixed glass for my SWB for $260 per side fitted.

i was quoted $250 per side for the frame and rubber, not including the glass.
