I've got one of these that got hammered one time too many and I've had to weld the stopper pin mechanism back together as per the pic.
Trouble is when it fell apart I suspect there was a washer, or stopper that fell off with it and I can't work out how to put the pin back together. It seems like such a simple thing but I'd be stuffed if I can work it out.
If anyone has one of these could they post a pick or description of how the pin is put together.
Thanks.

Need info on TJM 100 Series Spare Wheel Carrier
Moderators: toaddog, Elmo, DUDELUX
Thanks for the reply rg.
I went into to my local TJM stockist a few days ago and unfortunately they couldn't help me. They had a number of spare parts listed for the carrier, but alas no pin
There's a picture in their catalogue here
http://www.tjm.com.au/Portals/0/Brochur ... eries2.pdf
but it's not of a high enough resolution to see how it is setup.
I reckon all I need is a stay of some sort that fits into one of the grooves on the pin. If you could possibly post a close up pick of yours (if it's the same as mine) I would very much appreciate it.
