lifting a sierra transfer case up higher

just wondering is it possible to move the transfer case up an inch or 2
ive had a bodylift and the case sits a little low can i move it up

I DID

just made 2 inch block steel 4 mm thick
3 2inch pieces

that will do the job
just hope the shafts arnt on too much or an angle
