Torque Settings For 3L Need Help ASAP

hey guys just bout to drop my box out in the morning, need help finding the torque settingd for the flywheel so i can take it to get machined and put back on, also need torque setting for clutch plate, using a heavy duty PBR clutch. thanks guys.

I can look it up tonight, but not near the manual at the moment.

Flywheel bolts ; 90ft/lbs . From Toyota repair manual No .RM123E .
There are no spec's for the clutch plate . Cheers.
