Hey guys, Today i blew yet another C.v on mu 2002 Pe Courier and i am getting very sick of it...... Don't want to sell as my wife and i really like the courier its great to drive. So as i see it i have 2 options, A solid axle swap bit extreme for a courier or seeing if i could bolt in a hilux or Pajero ifs diff into mine which would leave the good ride but also help as i could fit a locker to it aswell.
Any Advise Welcome.
Cheers Tim.

You go and SAS it and it drives like shit and then you won't want it anyway.
To many people think they can set up a SAS but it actual fact they end up driving like poo. Comp truck or hardcore weekend only truck fine. Daily driver you missus likes no thanks.
I would have a look and see you can get dobbin / yuri etc to either heat treat them or get a heavier duty cv made with courier axles etc.
Otherwise ebay and buy a cheap thrasher.
