Yep, not an easy job, do it on a hot day and its a "little bit" easier, get a mate to sit inside the back and as you lever it out, get him to cut the urethane with a stanley knife.
i used a rag and a huge screwdriver to pry them out, only suffered a small amount of damage, ten min with the bog and paper it was fixed.
But i got the stuff the auto shop recommended to glue them back in with and it didnt work, i ended up using little self tapping screws from the inside to hold it in, worked a treat.

Leave em in, tape em up, paint the bastard, but I'm a dodgy prick...

My 40 actually has a piece of rubber with metal clips inside that holds my side windows in (plus glue). I suppose the 60 went a bit more sophisticated.
