Bushes.... Nolathane VS Rubber

I don't quite follow this Luigi... please explain?
Do you mean that the shackles and springs flex better that most so you can afford to lose some flex due to using those bushes?
Or
Do you mean that OME and Revolver recommend using them?

I use plastic because there is more than enough flex from revolvers with OME RUF and rears in rear too. I feel that I may get too much side to side on road darting about.
So I stay with plastic to help "tighten" up the springs a bit.
I am also considering CJ lifted springs in the rear.
A spring maker quoted me fair for a 45" spring with a 6.5" arch and suzuki eyes to make life easy.
I figure that this will be about the limit of sensibility with the revolvers on a DD.

I have used rubber, Old man emu and nolathane (red) bushes .. I have not really found all that much difference in any of them as far as flex goe's .. had swampers . .could not hear .. got claws still cant hear
The setup I actually prefered was with factory rubber bushes in the rear of the spring and greased OME bushes in the front of the spring ..
I was happer with the possible trade off the last 1 or 2 cm of flex for the slightly better handling (was a DD at the time) .. now I guess I can try anything as it's simply a weekend warrior and see how it works ..

If you are getting springs made for you - it could be worth getting the eyes at the chassis mounted end made up to fit an orbital bearing (bullocks / johnny joint) so that you can get the most flex possible?

Sounds alright. But with the volvers and such a high arch do you think I might have to go to a panhard to keep it under control on the highway?
I see I can get those bollock joints from an NZ importer.
