hi guys. I just wondering whethere anyone has dual battery system on their GV 98 -. If you do, where do u put the 2nd battery. Pic would be nice. Not that I am going to put one, just curios.

Damn, thats where my cruise control doover sits.
I have one of those thumper batteries which I am going to tie down in one of the rear passenger footwells (dont usually have rear passengers)

If it doesn't have ABS then just fit it on the other side, mirrored from the Std position

thats a nice setup...better check mine whether there is space there or not but i think it shoould as mine is very std GV. no ABS, cruise control etc.

My XL-7 has the cruise mounted there as well, but I've seen the cruise mounted on the other side in front of the ABS module.

Personally I reckon that battery won't have a long life because it will get very warm being so close to the exhaust manifold.

For me (with the XL-7) I can mount a battery under the middle row seats. :) But I haven't got around to doing anything like that yet.
